White Bronze Chemistry
White Bronze C60 : Produces highly corrosion resistant, non-magnetic bright finish eminently suitable for RF connectors. Also can be used as a substitute for nickel plating in jewellery. Used in rack and barrel applications. Datasheet
White Bronze LF : This process has been specially designed to produce a white ternary copper-tin-zinc alloy deposit, lead-free and with a similar colour to that of stainless steel.
The deposit is extremely corrosion resistant, non-magnetic, has low porosity and a low coefficient of friction. White Bronze LF has the hardness of nickel and the electrical characteristics of silver, but with superior corrosion resistance.
As nickel metal is now becoming outlawed within the cosmetic industry. White Bronze is the ideal substitute in such areas as jewellery, spectacle frames, and other skin contact applications.
The process is suitable for rack and barrel applications. Datasheet
White Bronze Clear Passivate : Designed to protect White Bronze plating from oxidation and handling. Datasheet
